3 Ingredient Lemon Chicken

If you’ve been obsessed with the viral Amalfi Chicken recipe (or you just appreciate ridiculously good, simple food) this 3-ingredient Lemon Chicken is about to be your new favorite.

It’s bright, juicy, golden, and packed with flavor… without the complicated prep.

All You Need:

  1. 1 deboned whole chicken
  2. Olive oil
  3. Garlic Goddess Citrus seasoning (smoke roasted garlic, lemon, lime, sea salt & rainbow peppercorns)

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning over the entire flesh side of the chicken.
  4. Flip it over and rub the remaining seasoning over and under the skin for maximum flavor.
  5. Place the chicken skin-side up (over a bed of lemon slices if desired).
  6. Roast for 40–45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with the pan drippings, until the skin is golden brown and a meat thermometer inserted into the thigh reads 160°F.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving to keep it perfectly juicy.
