3 Ingredient Lemon Chicken

If you’ve been obsessed with the viral Amalfi Chicken recipe (or you just appreciate ridiculously good, simple food) this 3-ingredient Lemon Chicken is about to be your new favorite.
It’s bright, juicy, golden, and packed with flavor… without the complicated prep.
All You Need:
- 1 deboned whole chicken
- Olive oil
- Garlic Goddess Citrus seasoning (smoke roasted garlic, lemon, lime, sea salt & rainbow peppercorns)
How to Make It:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the entire flesh side of the chicken.
- Flip it over and rub the remaining seasoning over and under the skin for maximum flavor.
- Place the chicken skin-side up (over a bed of lemon slices if desired).
- Roast for 40–45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with the pan drippings, until the skin is golden brown and a meat thermometer inserted into the thigh reads 160°F.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving to keep it perfectly juicy.
