Hi, I'm Molly!
I founded "Molly’s Mills" in 2003 out of a deep love for garlic and cooking, inspired by the magic of growing fresh garlic in my parents’ garden.
What began as a simple hobby soon became a way to help pay my way through college. After graduating, I spent my days as a content and product developer, while my nights were dedicated to my true passions; creating delicious spice blends, experimenting in the kitchen, and, of course, savoring every bite!
In 2018, I turned my garlicky dreams into a full-time business, sharing my flavorful creations at Idaho-based farmers markets and boutiques year-round.
In 2024, my small but passionate team and I embraced an exciting new identity: Molly’s Garlic Goddess Seasonings! This refreshed name reflects our growing vision and celebrates the next chapter of our journey. Spreading garlicky goodness to kitchens far beyond our cherished Idaho roots.
With the same dedication to quality and flavor, we’re thrilled to share our bold, garlic-inspired seasonings with even more food lovers everywhere!
