Best D**n Street Corn

Street corn is messy in the best way. Sweet, salty, tangy, and a little spicy. Whether you’re serving it as a side or making it the star of your BBQ spread, it’s the kind of dish that has everyone reaching for seconds. Late summer may be slipping away, but corn like this makes every moment feel like a celebration!
Ingredients:
- Fresh sweet corn
- Idahoan Goddess Seasoning (garlic, onion, sea salt, jalapenos)
- Black pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Freshly grated cotija cheese
- (optional) Freshly chopped cilantro to top
Instructions:
Remove corn husk. Boil, microwave, or (preferred) grill your corn until the kernels become tender.
While still warm, carefully coat all sides of each ear of corn in an even layer of mayo. Cover with Idahoan seasoning and black pepper. Top with grated cotija cheese and cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
