Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups chopped spinach
- Idahoan Goddess Seasoning (garlic, onion, sea salt and jalapenos)
For the Korean beef
- ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon Siracha
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
- Greenheart Idahoan Seasoning (garlic, onion, sea salt, green peppercorns and jalapeño)
Instructions

Cook rice according to package instructions; set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add spinach and Idahoan Seasoning; cook 2–3 minutes until wilted. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce or aminos, ginger, sesame oil, sriracha, and Green Heart Idahoan Seasoning.

Heat olive oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and Idahoan Seasoning; cook 3–5 minutes, breaking up the meat, until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the sauce and green onions. Simmer 2 minutes, until heated through.

Divide rice, spinach, and beef into meal prep containers. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds, if desired.
