
Garlic, Parmesan-Crusted Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Yukon Gold potatoes, halved

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic Goddess Garlic Lovers Seasoning (garlic, smoke roasted garlic & sea salt)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Put butter in a baking dish and melt it in the oven (about 4 minutes). While it melts, cut potatoes in half.
Remove the pan, let cool 2 minutes, then mix in Parmesan and seasoning with the melted better.
Spread the mixture on the cut side of each potato and place them cut-side down in the pan.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until potatoes are tender and the bottoms are golden and crispy. Let sit 5 minutes, then loosen with a spatula and serve.
