Garlic-Lemon Asparagus
Fresh asparagus is pan-seared until lightly blistered, tossed with butter and garlic, and finished with lemon, parsley, and Molly’s Garlic Seasoning.
Servings: 2–4
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Small squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- A generous sprinkle of your favorite Molly’s Garlic Seasoning
Instructions
- Trim and discard the woody ends of the asparagus.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the olive oil, followed by the asparagus and garlic.
- Cook until the asparagus is lightly blistered and tender while still retaining a slight bite.
- Add the butter and toss until the asparagus is evenly coated.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Finish with fresh lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and a generous sprinkle of Molly’s Garlic Seasoning.
