Garlic Coal – Black Garlic

A delicious little gift for those on the Naughty List. Garlic Coal is a whole bulb of black garlic, individually wrapped with our holiday tag and red-and-black tie.

Rich, mellow black garlic brings a sweet, savory depth to steak, burgers, roast chicken, pork, salmon, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, and creamy cheeses.

Try this: Mash 1–2 cloves into 2 tablespoons of softened butter. Melt over steak, vegetables, or warm bread.

Includes one whole bulb and a tag with pairings and serving inspiration. Bulb size and appearance naturally vary.
